All of our servers are located at a state of the art data centre in Houston, Texas. These facilities offer over 100,000 square feet of web hosting space with redundant UPS, generator backup and smoke detection/fire protection systems. There is also a 24/7 camera surveillance system and armed guard patrols.

The servers are connected to the internet via 14 Gigabit Ethernet links from six separate backbone providers. This means that your website will load as if the server was right next to you wherever in the world you live.

Our servers are comprised of only the highest quality components to reduce the risk of any hardware failures. In the unlikey event of any hardware failure the faulty item will be replaced almost instantly by a highly trained system administrator to reduce any downtime.

Unlike other hosts who will put up to 1000 sites on one server we will never put more than 250 sites on a server. This will mean that your website will never be hosted on a server that stuggles to cope with the demands put on it at peak times therefore making your website run faster and more reliably.

To power our servers we use software that includes: Ret Hat Linux, Apache, PHP4, Perl and MySQL.
